Sing a Song of Blackbirds
Kevin Waters takes after his father, but has inherited some of his mother’s confidence. He tends to be demure, but inquisitive. He loves books and maps, and despite his young age has already managed to acquire a sizable collection of both. He’s skilled at reading, writing and drawing. He has very neat, easily recognizable handwriting.
Kevin is a short and slender youth of about 18. His hair is blonde but is already beginning to turn grey in places. Fortunately, it shows no sign of thinning or receding. His hair is about shoulder length and is generally pulled back in a ponytail.
Kevin spends most of his time at the Town Hall, caring for his library (which happens to be one of the only tidy rooms in the building) and looking after his younger siblings.
